Warren Greshes, international motivational speaker and author of The best damn sales book ever impressed delegates at the recent International Symposium on Dental Hygiene at the SECC in Scotland.

The event was organised by the International Federation of Dental Hygienists and the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Hundreds of hygienists and therapists from across the world listened to the ‘Adding value to the dental practice’ lecture which was sponsored and organised by the BDTA.
Warren explained to delegates the importance of becoming an expert, advisor and resource to patients in order to achieve customer satisfaction and retention and generate more revenue for the dental practice.
He used a range of real life examples, drew on his own experiences in business and interacted with delegates by asking questions and encouraging feedback throughout the hour long session. This enabled an informative and entertaining lecture to be delivered to the delight of the audience.
Tony Reed, executive director at the BDTA, comments ‘Warren delivered an interesting and memorable lecture which included a selection of hints and tips for hygienists and therapists to take back to the dental practice. He emphasised the need to understand patient needs and deliver a high quality, added value service which ultimately saves the patient time. These are in line with the messages the BDTA communicates on a regular basis.’
