His session is entitled, ‘Treatment planning considerations and choices for management of soft tissue defects in implant dentistry’.
Francesco commented, “Over the last two decades, periodontal plastic surgery has become more common at the implant site to reduce the risk of peri-implant recession. During my lecture, we will cover the potential advantages of using soft tissue grafting at implant sites and adding connective tissue grafts after guided bone regeneration. We will also consider the potential benefit of using a collagen matrix instead of a connective tissue graft.
“I hope my lecture will help delegates explore the latest evidence-based connective tissue grafting techniques and replacement biomaterials to enhance implant outcomes.
“Considering the entire panel of speakers, I think that this will be a very interesting masterclass and I strongly encourage colleagues to come next November in London!”
The masterclass is set to be held at the Savoy Place, London, on November 23, 2024.
