On the day, guests, who included Elleven’s clinical director Sameer Patel, were treated to breakfast, 18 holes of golf challenges, giveaways and top tips from the two team captains Frankie Dettori and Mick Fitzgerald – both who were battling it out for first place.
Challenges included:
- 2nd hole: Nearest to the pin challenge with competitors battling it out with a professional golfer to hit the golf ball as close to the pin as possible.
- 15th hole: Beat the professional challenge to determine who has the longest drive of the candidates on the two teams.
- 18th hole: A special hole in one challenge to win an exclusive prize.
At the end of the day, team Frankie was crowned winner!
Prizes on the day included deluxe teeth whitening at Elleven, a holiday to Spain, a golf board and signed merchandise from pro golfer John Daly.
The benefitting charities were IJF, Walking The Courses and Racing Welfare.
