A masterclass in recalls

Software of Excellence has completed significant development in this area, developing a strategy for effective recall processes, and they are now able to share their knowledge with the profession.

A newly launched “Masterclass” programme - ‘Improving Recall Efficiency’, will run until the summer, giving practice principals and managers the benefit of SoE’s extensive experience in establishing effective recall processes.

These processes have been shown to improve recall effectiveness by as much as 22 per cent, a statistic supported by evidence gained through working with hundreds of practices, that will have a dramatic ‘knock-on’ effect, resulting in improved chairtime utilisation and increased practice profitability.

Using a blend of presentations, practical demonstrations and a Q&A Clinic, SoE consultants will use the Masterclass to demonstrate how to set up an efficient 3-stage recall system that will dramatically improve success rates.
