World-famous Beatles tribute act The Bootleg Beatles provide the star attraction of the social programme at the 2010 British Dental Conference and Exhibition. The band has played more than 4,000 concerts in its 26 years together, and is widely rated as the world’s leading tribute act to the Fab Four. They play the Friday Night Party which will be held at warehouse-style venue Zeligs, host-city Liverpool’s largest Italian bar and restaurant.

The event gives delegates a chance to relax, socialise and network with their peers after a day spent discovering dental products at the exhibition and attending the large number of lectures and seminars on offer.

The event is open to all registered conference delegates, with tickets priced at £20. Exhibition-only and non-registered delegates may also attend, with tickets priced £35. Tickets include a glass of bubbly on arrival, a further complimentary drink and a buffet meal. Entry is by ticket only, and delegates are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.

Other social events this year include a drinks reception in the Exhibition Hall, a formal conference dinner and the event of the year for vocational dental practitioners, the VDP Ball.

The 2010 British Dental Conference and Exhibition takes place at Liverpool’s Arena and Convention Centre between May 20 and 22.
