Broker up for award
Matthew Pyke, MD of Lloyd & Whyte Group, has been short-listed for ‘Business owner of the Year’ at the UK Broker Awards.
The award aims to recognise individuals who show evidence of a successful, innovative management strategy, commitment to investing in people and excellent leadership skills. The judges were looking for this, together with, outstanding results in terms of growth and innovation, and an owner who shows a commitment to their employees, the business, and their clients.
Matthew commented, ‘I am delighted we have been short-listed in what has been a fiercely contested category. Any successful business is more than just one person and I am very pleased that this recognizes the efforts and standards that the Lloyd & Whyte Group upholds.’
The winner will be announced in September at the annual UK Broker Awards, which is being held at the Brewery in London.
