On July 3, 2015, Future Health Partnership (FHP) will be proudly celebrating Employee Ownership Day, championing its ‘John Lewis’ style of business.

As the only general dental practice in the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) in the UK, dentist Simon Gallier and his team at Church Street Dental Practice in Caernarfon are flying the flag for shared success.

Speaking about the ethos of employee ownership, FHP founder Simon commented: “I’m a dentist. I believe in dentistry. I believe in the future of healthcare, and I think the best people to run it and deliver it for patients are the staff themselves.

“I feel this is the logical step in running the business of dentistry. What would be the ideal model for dentistry in the future? I think FHP is it. If people do care and believe in better, they will ultimately thrive.”

Future Health Partnership (FHP) community interest company (CIC) is a not for profit healthcare organisation serving its network of practices, including Gwersyllt Dental Care in Wrexham.

The ultimate aim is for each practice to become part of the group and be held for the benefit of all staff.
