Henry Schein Dental Education is delighted to announce that it has become one of the first organisations to be certified by the British Dental Industry Association (BDIA) under its new Code of Practice for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

The Code has been specifically developed to provide quality assurance to users of verifiable dental CPD and is proof that a provider signed up to the BDIA Code is committed to using quality controls in line with the legal requirements set out by the General Dental Council.

Henry Schein Dental Education has always been committed to ensuring the highest quality in all aspects of their CPD provision. From the way courses are designed through to the final delivery to the dental team, all seminars, conferences, training and workshop sessions have clear learning outcomes for verifiable CPD and this new certification simply adds further credibility to the existing programme.

To help those looking for certified CPD provision Henry Schein Dental Education has published the Complete CPD Handbook for Dentists and DCPs, a comprehensive and high quality source of information about this year’s CPD courses, specifically designed for the entire dental team’s personal and practice development. In addition, Henry Schein is also scheduled to launch its new Education website during this summer to further assist professionals who are looking to develop their education and development.
