Need an update on classification, diagnosis and research developments of TMD and orofacial pain as well as discussion of the relationship between orthodontics, occlusion and TMD and more?

The British Society of Occlusal Studies (BSOS) is delighted to extend an invitation to its summer meeting, ‘The latest in occlusion, orthodontics, TMD & orofacial pain’, to held on June 21 and 22 in Manchester.

Speaking on the first day, Prof. Tara Renton will provide an update on classifications, diagnosis and research developments of TMD and orofacial pain. Prof. Renton is a Specialist in Oral Surgery with a particular interest in trigeminal nerve injuries and pain.

On the second day, Dr Ambrosina Michelotti will take to the podium to discuss the relationship between occlusion, orthodontics and TMD, including a critical review of the evidence and advice on the management of occlusal and/or orthodontic treatment in individuals presenting with signs and symptoms of TMD. Dr Michelotti is a Specialist in Orthodontics whose clinical interests are limited to the treatment of temporomandibular disorders and to orthodontic practice.
