Chester dental practice receives £1.5m investment

15 May 2024

Mydentist has undertaken a significant relocation of its Chester practice following a substantial investment of £1.5m.

The new mydentist Chester practice, which is now located on Foregate Street, was officially launched by practice manager, Nichola Jones, and her team on May 8, 2024.

Nichola said, "I am delighted to reveal the new facilities that we can now offer to our patients at our new practice on Foregate Street. With our recent enhancements and expanded services, we're well positioned to continue to deliver a high level of dental care and provide an even more exceptional experience to our community. We look forward to welcoming patients into the practice over the coming weeks and months."

After a project lasting just over eight months, all the dentists and staff from the previous Chester site on 2-4 Upper Northgate Street have moved to the new site on Foregate Street, where patient appointments are now underway.

The move marks a substantial enhancement for the 30,000 patients of Mydentist in the community of Chester, who will now benefit from a modern, state-of-the-art practice, a greater range of dental treatments and technology, as well as improved travel links and wheelchair and disabled access.

There are nine surgeries available in total at the practice.

Victoria Hampson, Mydentist area development manager, commented, “We’ve been working very hard to relocate to a more accessible site in Chester for the last eight months, so to see the new practice finally open is fantastic. With nine modern surgeries we now have much more choice for patients, plus our team are benefitting from improved facilities. Our aim was to meet the needs of our patients and our team here in Chester now and in the future, and feedback so far has been extremely positive.”
