After a long 70 hours, the drumming collective of 35, are delighted to announce that they have completed their attempt to break the Guinness World Record for Longest Marathon Drumming by a Team.

Members included, Kris Wagland, Henry Schein Dental’s marketing manager; Ian Aguado-Bush, founder of the Clean My Teeth campaign and author of 'How to clean your teeth' and 'What to eat and drink for healthy teeth'; and Henry Schein Dental’s vice president and Patrick Allen.  Held in the Roger Taylor (of Queen fame) Zildjian Studio at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, Kris commented: “It was an amazing rush, I wish we could have stayed on for longer. It was great to be a part of such an event, even more so to potentially enter the record books. We know the money will be going towards good causes.”

The collective continuously drummed for 70 hours, in an attempt to raise money for three dental charities: Bridge2Aid, Heart Your Smile and The British Dental Health Foundation. Ian organised and put together this event not only to raise awareness to the importance of a keeping good oral health, but also to help young children develop an understanding and take ownership of their oral health, in a fun and easy way.
