Four guys with two shared interests – drumming and dentistry – are bringing together some famous musicians for a 24-hour drummathon.

The drummathon will raise money for Bridge2Aid, Heart Your Smile and The British Dental Health Foundation.

The drumming collective, Kris Wagland, Henry Schein Dental’s Marketing Manager; Ian Aguado-Bush, from Little Learners; Henry Schein Dental’s Vice President, Patrick Allen, and Mark Topley, B2A’s Chief Executive, are organising for 30 drummers to play for 24 hours on July 10th-11th, in London.

Ian’s involvement will see the quartet also promote the importance of children’s oral health education. Little Learners are the writers and publishers of “How to Clean your Teeth” and “What To Eat And Drink For Healthy Teeth” booklets, which aim to help young children develop an understanding and take ownership of their oral health, in a fun and easy way.

Ian is a professional drummer, who has helped gather all the big names confirmed so far, including:

Kris said, “The four of us have a shared interest in drumming and dentistry, so a 24-hour drummathon seemed the ideal charity fundraiser. We hope that this will not only raise lots of money for Bridge2Aid, Heart Your Smile and The British Dental Health Foundation, but it’s also a fun way for everyone to get involved. They are all fantastic causes, which individually do a great deal to improve the dental health of those who need it most in the UK and around the world.”
