Congratulations to Philip and Joanne from Dunmurry Dental Practice in Northern Ireland, who cycled 430 miles between May 4th and 11th to raise money for Marie Curie Nursing Services.

Dentist Philip McLorinan and dental nurse Joanne Coleman from Dunmurry Dental Practice, were two of 59 cyclists who set off from Ireland’s most northerly point in Malin Head to the most southerly point in Mizen Head in support the charity - raising over £105,000.

Philip commented: “This was a huge feat for Joanne and myself, but Marie Curie Cancer Care rely heavily on supporters taking on challenges like this to raise much needed funds. The money we raised will go towards the nursing service for terminally ill patients, which Marie Curie provide completely free of charge to patients and their families. This is a really worthwhile charity and one which Joanne and I were more than happy to support in our cycle challenge.”
