Tech startup Locumloop has launched an industry-first - a fully integrated online locum platform. Many practices are facing huge recruitment issues with the mass exodus of dental nurses. Practices are often left with no option but to use overpriced dental locum agencies with tedious traditional systems in place.
Locumloop improves the process and relationship between locums and practices through its intuitive desktop/mobile-friendly web app.
Practices will pay just £20 a day to hire a locum nurse directly, at any time, via their phone or computer. With an automated payment system, and human customer service on hand to help with any problems, the process is fast and easy.
All its nurses will start on an hourly rate of £17 and are provided with a completely transparent pay rise structure - the more you work, the more you earn - with hourly rates currently rising to £20.
Locumloop was founded by two school friends – Neal (dentist and practice owner) and Rikki (marketing guru). Working alongside Leo (developer and 3rd founder), they intend to shake up, modernise, and revolutionise the dental locum industry to make the lives of nurses and practices a whole lot easier and rewarding!
