Prestige Dental is proud to have a team whose considerable expertise benefits both dental practitioners and dental technicians looking to source products for the job in hand. 

What this means for customers is that there is always someone able to respond to enquiries and provide answers based upon professional experience, and the customer service team is no exception.

When you place a call to Prestige Dental you may find Lisa Purdy, a customer service advisor, on the other end of the phone. She has worked for Prestige since 2001, and in that time has become quite the expert on the products used in dentistry, as well as the needs of the dental team.

Lisa says: “I love working in customer service. For me the main objective is to keep our customers happy, something that we work hard to achieve each and every time.”

Alternatively, Diane Pinder, also a customer service advisor, may pick up the receiver; due to her long term service with Prestige Dental she has acquired a wealth of product knowledge and information, which is a useful combination for any customer service role.
