This is open to all NHS funded service providers involved in using the FFT and is an opportunity for them to showcase the service improvements they have made since this patient feedback tool was launched in their area of healthcare. There is a category for primary care services which NHS funded dental services can enter.
The winners of each category will be announced at a national FFT conference in Leeds on March 17.
The awards scheme will create many examples of how the FFT has made a difference across different parts of the NHS.
