Westminster Health Forum’s keynote seminar is set to take place on the 13th of March, 2018 in central London. The seminar is entitled ‘Next steps for dentistry: prevention, contract reform and children’s oral health’, and is CPD certified.

Bringing together stakeholders and policymakers, this seminar will provide an opportunity to assess the next steps for dentistry and oral health in England.

Delegates will consider the next steps for working across healthcare and education to deliver Smile4Life, the potential impact of the soft drinks levy from next year and further initiatives for preventing tooth decay, as well as priorities for the full introduction of a dental contract in 2018 and practicalities for wider implementation of the prototypes.

Further planned sessions will examine the development of a multi-professional approach to oral health and the key challenges for professional and clinical regulation in dentistry.

The seminar will also include a keynote address from Dr. John Milne, senior national dental advisor to the CQC.
