Retirement planning
Booking a place on a retirement planning seminar is strongly recommended for practice owners expecting to retire/sell their practice in the next five years. Highly experienced experts from the PFM Dental team will give presentations, followed by question and answer sessions, on the main topics critical to retirement planning:
- Practice valuations and sales – including how to get the best price for your practice.
- Legal aspects of selling your practice – including how to ensure the process runs smoothly and the pitfall to avoid.
- The NHS pension and lifetime allowance considerations – ways to mitigate the annual tax charges on your pension income.
The cost per person is £40, including refreshments.
Buying a practice
This is an essential seminar for anyone thinking of purchasing a dental practice or group of practices. Presented by PFM Dental experts with many years’ experience of practice sales and purchases, there will be presentations followed by question and answer sessions:
- Practice valuations – including goodwill valuations and a market update.
- Legal aspects – what to do and by when to ensure the purchase proceeds smoothly.
- Raising finance – what documentation is needed and where to go for loans.
The cost per person is £25, including refreshments.
