Unsung hero award

Perhaps someone who works tirelessly with schools to deliver better oral health education, or someone driven to improve the oral health of their local community? Maybe you're carrying out something special this Oral Health Month! We're inviting entries from any UK dental professional whose work goes above and beyond the call of duty?

Simply tell us about how you, or a dental professional you know, is making a difference and you could soon be in receipt of the Colgate Unsung Hero Award 2013. What's more, the winner will secure a £5,000 donation for the UK charity of their choice!

Remember, all activities carried out this September will also be eligible for recognition, so it's certainly not too late to make a difference! Let's make this Oral Health Month one to remember!
